Job Description

Role Summary

The Archivist will engage in executing all archiving procedures to support GLP and non-GLP Studies.

Role Responsibilities

Maintain the archives database to include but not limited to placing materials in archive and retrieving materials from archive as needed
Monitor the protocol specified archive storage requirements and contact the sponsor when these requirements have been met to determine final disposition of the study material
Manage offsite archives
Contact and coordinate with Sponsors for return of study materials
Other duties as assigned.

Role Requirements

Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. BA/BS preferred.
Experience in a regulated environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Pristima and/or other LIMS
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Special Requirements

Individuals will be working in office setting, ability to spend much of the day sitting.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
