About the Job

After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will enter, update, verify, and maintain accurate records while handling information with care and confidentiality.

This remote opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and a commitment to accuracy. You will help maintain reliable records and support the administrative processes that keep our healthcare services running smoothly.

Location: United States (Remote).

Pay: $33.13 - $38.28 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering information.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with email and office applications.
• Good written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to confidentiality and responsible information handling.

Bonus Points

• Previous experience as a Data Entry Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or Records Clerk.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, and database management.
• Experience with electronic records, document management, or healthcare administration.
• Strong typing skills, data verification, record keeping, and file organization abilities.
• Knowledge of patient privacy practices and HIPAA requirements where applicable.
