About the Opportunity
X Digital is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to help maintain accurate digital records and support daily information management tasks. This position is well suited for someone who is comfortable working with computers, organizing information, and completing tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, review, and update data across spreadsheets and digital platforms.
- Verify information for accuracy and correct inconsistencies.
- Maintain organized electronic records and databases.
- Review documents and transfer relevant details into internal systems.
- Track completed entries and keep records up to date.
- Assist with basic online research and information verification.
- Organize digital files and maintain proper documentation.
- Communicate with team members regarding data updates and missing information.
- Follow established procedures to maintain data quality and confidentiality.
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to organize information and manage deadlines.
- Basic written communication skills.
- Comfortable using online applications and virtual communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- No specialized qualifications required; relevant experience is a plus.
Compensation
Monthly Salary: $3,500–$5,200
Monthly compensation is estimated based on a full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.
