Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembler IV to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and inspect electromechanical products in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with electronic and electromechanical equipment, engineering drawings, schematics, testing, and technical documentation.
Responsibilities
Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished electromechanical products according to drawings and procedures.
Perform dimensional inspections to verify specified tolerances.
Test and troubleshoot electromechanical products and systems.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical/electronic schematics, and technical procedures.
Operate and understand robotic systems and support new product launches.
Support first-time builds and design units with Manufacturing Engineering.
Document assembly activities, parts used, and test results in Device History Records (DHR) .
Maintain tools and test equipment and ensure proper calibration.
Write and update procedures based on product or process changes.
Support quality issue resolution and continuous improvement activities.
Serve as a technical SME and train junior/new personnel.
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or related field , or equivalent military education.
Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience .
Strong experience troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance on electronic, electromechanical, or medical equipment.
Strong understanding of electronic/digital circuitry and electromechanical devices.
Experience interpreting schematics and engineering drawings.
Understanding of AC/DC circuitry and basic mechanical technology .
Strong technical documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
