Require proof of status prior to employment.General Job Summary:We have immediate openings for a Manufacturing Operations Engineer with a 5 to 10 years of related or similar turbomachinery, gas engine experience, jet engine, automotive and the like. The vision for the role is one of ever-increasing responsibility and growth to eventually become either a technical expert or IPT Lead.Essential Job Functions:Support integrated product teams (IPTs) by setting up and maintaining Bills of Materials (BoMs), managing internal & external manufacturing-related activities, and maintaining external supplier relationships.Interface with Quality Engineering to ensure that products and non-products are compliant with company quality procedures and to disposition any non-conforming material.Serve as interface between purchasing, design, manufacturing, and quality.Set and execute project schedules, provide weekly status, and determine solutions for non-conformances.Interact with suppliers & document lessons learned for improved design-for-manufacturingOther job duties as assigned.Work Environment/Physical Requirements:Office and/or manufacturing environment.Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones, rotating wrist, using tools/equipment).Travel Requirements: Yes, if applicable.BenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance CoverageLife/ADD & Short/Long Term Disability Insurance401(k) Savings PlanEmployee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Paid Time-Off (PTO)HolidaysEducation Reimbursement
