People can explore free RAADS-R and ADHD screening experiences, receive AI-assisted insights and learn through a growing knowledge center. Our assessments support self-reflection and screening; they are not medical diagnoses and do not replace qualified professional evaluation. The role We are looking for a hands-on growth marketer who can own organic acquisition and product-led growth from strategy through execution. You will connect search demand, educational content, assessment starts, completion and responsible conversion into one measurable system—while keeping every health-related claim clear, qualified and useful. What you will do Own the organic-growth roadmap across technical SEO, high-intent topic clusters, landing pages and internal linking. Improve the journey from search visit to assessment start, completion, useful result and optional report. Build clear analytics, attribution and an experiment cadence focused on qualified traffic, completion and retention. Create excellent briefs and edit content for search intent, accessibility, respectful language, trust and conversion. Develop responsible partnership, referral and distribution experiments with relevant communities and professionals. Expand successful growth loops across 12 supported languages with appropriate localization and quality review. What you bring A track record of measurable organic or product-led growth for a consumer web product, publisher, SaaS, marketplace, AI product or digital-health business. Strong technical SEO, content strategy, conversion optimization and experimentation skills. Comfort with Search Console, analytics and keyword tools, plus the ability to turn data into a prioritized weekly plan. Hands-on writing and editing ability; you can move from strategy to a high-quality brief or landing page. Sound judgment around sensitive health topics, evidence, uncertainty and claims. Clear written English and comfort working independently in a remote environment. Useful, but not required International SEO, localization, health content, accessibility, CRO, lifecycle or partnership experience. Experience growing a product from an early stage with limited resources. What success looks like in the first 90 days Build a trustworthy acquisition-to-completion baseline and a prioritized growth roadmap. Launch several focused experiments across search, content, assessment starts or completion and document the results. Turn the strongest learning into a repeatable content or product-led growth loop.
