Alaska Regional Hospital seeks a skilled RN Vascular Access for night shifts to provide advanced IV therapy and vascular access services for diverse inpatient populations. In this role, you will perform ultrasound-guided peripheral and central line insertions, assess line function, troubleshoot complications, and collaborate with physicians and bedside nurses to optimize vascular access plans. You will educate staff and patients on line care, follow strict infection prevention protocols, document accurately in the EMR, and support hospital-wide quality and safety initiatives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
